 We are an independent Swiss corporation with Subsidiary companies throughout the world.We concentrate our activities on specific chemical and technical systems and products for the construction industry and for industry in general.We apply high ethical standards to our work.

Aim:To set high standards for our work and behaviour in all our activities and to focus on the needs of our markets and strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and confidence. Means

b) Employees: Involvement of all employees through continuous and specific training in all technology- and behaviour-oriented components of quality.
c) Planning, Supervision and Controlling: Introduce quality criteria through the establishment and the use of relevant performance measures in work processes and internal and external reporting systems.
d) Development of Products and Systems: Worldwide implementation and continuous improvement of our formalised ,Product Creation Process‘.
e) Quality Assurance: Worldwide introduction and continuous development of the Quality Assurance System according to ISO 9000 ff.

Ecology and safety
Aim:To address environmental and safety concerns throughout the whole value chain.

a) Responsibility for the environment and safety is an integral part of every managerial task and a concern of each employee. In particular, we care for the environment and pay attention to the safety of everybody dealing with us in research and development procurement, production, storage, transportation and disposal product application in construction and industry.
b) We limit unavoidable risks by utilising principles of economic feasibility,state-of-the-art safety and our own reservoir of experiences,through setting targets for continual improvements individual responsibility and self-control compliance with laws, regulations and standards dialogue and co-operation with the appropriate authorities and the public.
c) To achieve our environmentally conscious management we give preference to products and procedures favourable to the environment clearly instruct management on all levels and unmistakably allocate responsibilities provide internal and external training, information and on the spot controls participate in the Responsible Care Program of the Chemical Industry worldwide maintain an Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001.
